Almost everyone watches TV everyday, especially for children and olds. They have nothing to do, and keep watching TV at home. Watching TV in wrong ways is a worst thing to your eyes. You should be careful that if you are watching TV in wrong ways.

The first: Keep watching TV too long

If you keep watching TV for four hours to five hours, your eyesight will be reduced by 30% temporarily, and will not recover until some time. If you keep watching longer, your eyesight can not reduce by itself, and will course everlasting eyesight reducing.

The second: Watching TV when lights is off

You maybe like to watch TV with lights off, but it is rather bad for your eyes. When you do this, the light contrast ratio is especially high, and your eyes will feel tired easily and even lose its good eyesight…

The third: Watching TV after drinking

The liquor is therefore likely to lose an eye originally. It will lend to optic atrophy.  Watching TV after drinking is adding fuel to the flame.

The fourth: Keep changing the channels

Maybe you like to change from one channel to another all the time. It may make you happy, but it will also be harmful to your eyes. When the channel is being changed, the TV light is changed into bright condition suddenly, and it will stimulate your eyes.

The fifth: Watching TV in the bus

Some buses provide TV watching when you are traveling, but watching TV on a bus is extremely harmful to your eyes. TVs in buses are always very small, and in many time you have to watch it from a position. It will make your eyes be tired easily. What’s more, the buses are shaking all the time, If you watch TV in a shaking room, can you image how harmful it is to your eyes.

So from now on, avoid watching TV in the wrong ways. Watching TV is a happy thing, but not a thing that must harm your eyes. If you watch in right ways, it will make both you and your eyes happy.
